Tiferet — Founder, Aquarius OS

Systems thinker.
Writer.

I study how systems work — what holds them in place, what destabilises them, and what the transition from one structure to another actually costs.

The work sits at the intersection of complexity theory, developmental psychology, and the study of how civilisations shift. My influences include Nassim Taleb's work on antifragility and optionality, developmental frameworks that map how individuals and cultures mature, and the practical study of how organisations stall, resist, and occasionally transform.

What I'm building: a rigorous framework for understanding and navigating structural change — at the individual, organisational, and civilisational level. The writing is how I think, made visible. The consulting is where the thinking gets applied.

I'm still evolving. Still discovering how to make what I see useful for others. This is an honest practice — built in real time, not from a finished position.
